Your Role

We are scaling fast, and we’re looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and ambitious intern to help power our talent acquisition machine over the next months. This is not your typical internship— you’ll get ready to dive deep into the full recruitment life cycle at a global VC-backed startup as you help hire candidates from all corners of the world. You'll get hands-on experience in everything from sourcing talent to refining employer branding strategies, working side-by-side with a global team shaping the future of education and work!

This position will be a stipend-based, full-time, 3-month internship with the potential to become long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Smart-Screening Candidates: Forget the usual boring CV reviews! You’ll learn the secret behind how to effectively screen candidates with cutting-edge techniques. Master Boolean search, set up knockout questions, and design a seamless screening process to identify the perfect match.
  • Attracting Top Talent: Implement creative strategies across various channels to attract a high volume of quality candidates. You’ll help us build a strong pipeline by using job boards, social media, and other platforms to source the best talent.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with our team to continuously refine our employer branding—creating engaging job postings and content that reflect who we are and attract like-minded talent.
  • Data Management and Performance Tracking: Track candidate pipelines, manage recruitment data, and provide weekly reports on performance to help us optimize our hiring strategy.
  • Hands-On Recruitment Projects: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Head of People Operations, support new recruitment initiatives, and contribute to exciting projects that will shape our growing team.
  • Global Recruitment Exposure: Learn the unique dynamics of global labor markets and what it takes to attract top talent across different regions.

      Your Experience

      • Fresh graduate or final-year student, available for full-time work for the next three months.
      • Interest in Talent Acquisition and a passion for connecting people.
      • Excellent communication skills in English(you don’t need an IELTS, but if you did it would be 7.0+)
      • Highly organized with a natural eye for detail.

        You stand out from the crowd if:

        • You have previous internship experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, admin, or operations.
        • You’re familiar with job boards, ATS platforms, or CRMs.
        • You’ve studied abroad or worked in a global environment.
